  Last summer after going to every other bridal store in the area and leaving Shirley's until last due to negative reviews my mother and I ended up here. The customer service was exceptional, my bridal consultant had no problem with my low budget (we are talking $200) and made the entire experience so fun and meaningful. Not only did I get a floor model $900 dress to fit within my tiny budget but I got an awesome experience to remember. Shirley's has been around the longest and I think more people take time to negatively review than the many positives I'm sure happen. Don't let their low stars fool you, check them out. I adore my dress and couldn't be happier.

  I rated this two stars only because I found the dress of my dreams for a very good price however if I could I would rate it zero stars. The lady (I’m sorry I don’t remember her name) that helped me during my appt was extremely abrasive and made hits at my weight. This ruined the experience for me and I hope no other bride has to go through what I did. Luckily I had a very fun family so that made up for it.
